De esto platicamos con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsiglodetorreon.com.mx\/archivo\/?q=zesati\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">El Siglo de Torre\u00f3n <\/a>para analizar la situaci\u00f3n actual y los retos que la Reforma implica para todos los jugadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"REPSE, Migraci\u00f3n de Empleados y M\u00e1s Retos ante la Reforma del Outsourcing en M\u00e9xico\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QjWBWDq8ySc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00f3rroga al Outsourcing <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La migraci\u00f3n de empleados deb\u00eda realizarse m\u00e1ximo el 1 de agosto de 2021, pero la pr\u00f3rroga ha otorgado un mes m\u00e1s (1 de septiembre) para cumplir con las nuevas disposiciones. Esta tarea no resultaba tan complicada pues depende de procesos internos en las empresas y con ayuda de una <a href=\"\/\">empresa especializada<\/a> este tema puede resolverse sin problema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cambio, la fecha para obtener el Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados (REPSE) no estaba estipulada en la Ley, pero s\u00ed en la p\u00e1gina de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n. En dicho portal se establec\u00edan los 90 d\u00edas, a partir de la publicaci\u00f3n de las bases (24 de mayo), para cumplir con el registro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior se modific\u00f3 el 31 de julio de 2021 cuando en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n se public\u00f3 el decreto para ampliar el plazo de cumplimiento hasta el 1 de septiembre de 2021. Es decir, una semana m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el REPSE se ha convertido en un obst\u00e1culo? Reforma en Materia de Subcontrataci\u00f3n. 2021. retos del REPSE.\n\" class=\"wp-image-207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zesatiinternacional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/repse-reforma-outsourcing-subcontratacion-mexico-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zesatiinternacional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/repse-reforma-outsourcing-subcontratacion-mexico-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zesatiinternacional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/repse-reforma-outsourcing-subcontratacion-mexico-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zesatiinternacional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/repse-reforma-outsourcing-subcontratacion-mexico.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><figcaption><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados (REPSE)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El REPSE no es un registro complicado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso para el alta como una Empresa Prestadora de Servicios Especializados no es el problema, sino el tiempo que implica para que las instancias gubernamentales tengan actualizada la informaci\u00f3n y poder dar como v\u00e1lido el registro: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Saturaci\u00f3n en citas con SAT<\/li><li>Discrepancias con informaci\u00f3n de IMSS,  Infonavit<ul><li>Incluso aunque sea por fallas leves<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos peque\u00f1os detalles pueden afectar la operaci\u00f3n de las empresas, inhabilit\u00e1ndolas para seguir adelante con su negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El reto contin\u00faa a\u00fan despu\u00e9s de lograr el filtro inicial del REPSE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que tener cuidado con la elecci\u00f3n del giro de los servicios, pues estos deben coincidir con el objeto social de la empresa. En caso contrario habr\u00e1 que invertir tiempo y dinero en hacer modificaciones ante notario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el cuestionario relacionado con otros aspectos operativos de la empresa puede resultar confuso y derivar en un rechazo del registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusiones <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> La migraci\u00f3n de los empleados no resulta en un problema, si \u00e9sta se lleva a cabo con orden, control y estructura.
