: We control and conciliate INFONAVIT’s and INFONACOT’s credits. We hold ourselves responsible for the precision on payroll withholds of these credits and for their payments to the Institutes, as well as any follow up.
We manage social security enrollments and entries, assuring their protection and compliance with Mexican authorities; as well as efficiency in those entries.
We keep control of legal and labor documents in order to provide protection to the employer while terminating employees. We also take care of legal labor trail and labor courthouses in Mexico.
We manage the relationships with Unions in Mexico.
We apply every actual and/or new law, rule, or disposition stated by Mexican authorities in order to fulfil a correct payroll process, tax and social security enrollment and payment, and any other matter related to a legal link with employees in Mexico.
We maintain up-to-date personnel Administracion and payroll system; either by the tech side, as well as the legal and Mexican’s parameter side.
We entry, activate, control, and hand bank payroll card, from every bank, for every employee. We act as third party between the employee and the bank in order to give a simpler operation and assist employee their requirements.
We assure and optimize purchasing of different equipment, tools, and consumables that your employees need; such as transport, canteen service, uniforms, and safety equipment. In addition, we coordinate and control travel expenses, assuring that your policies and controls get respected, and resources are being used properly.
